Lay fabric over heavy tear away stabilizer. Sew the main cone outline. Lay the fabric for the icream in place and sew the icecream outline.

Trim around ice cream fabric

Sew cone details
|
|
|
Place matching fabric on the back of the hoop and tape in place
|
|
|
Sew basic outline again and trim.

|
|
Trim the back.
|
|
|
Add the cherry and trim
|
|
|
Sew the satin edge around the cone and cherry, and the eyelets.
|
|
|
The back should look like this.

Pop from the hoop,and trim any stray threads.
This is where you add the hotfix crystals if you wish.
