Baby's First Christmas Ornament

Everyone knows a new baby! Commemorate their first Christmas with a little gift!
Using tea dyed cotton muslin, embroidering then layering the back and sewing the perfect mini pillow outline in the hoop, turning inside out and stuffing for  and aged and primitive  looking First Christmas Ornament.
A 5x7 hoop is needed  to machine sew the outline of the mini pillow, but the design only, is available for those with a 4" hoop, and the pillow outline can be sewn manually .

  So sew the details on your hooped fabric, if you have a 7x5 hoop, lay matching fabric over the design,sew the outline.Pop from the hoop,trim to the outer seam and turn your little pillow inside out.Fill with polyester stuffing, or I have used old supermarket produce bags..(a good re-cycle), slip stitch closed and add your hanging ribbon. PERFECT!
