Choice 1,one sided using felt and pinking sheers
Choice 2, with backing using black cotton or cotton/polyester and cutting around the outside seam with pinking sheers.
Choice 3, using black cotton or cotton/polyester and turning inside out for a neat looking bunting flag. A 5"x7" Hoop is needed.
