On the back of the hoop add your knotted ribbon or cord for feet with tape to keep it in place.
Place another piece matching piece of felt and tape.
Put the hoop back in the machine and sew the outline again.
Pop from hoop and trim, being careful not to cut the legs off!!.Thread ribbon through the eyelets.I use a large darning needle. I added some optional twinkles to the breast as well!
