Primitive Heart Help

Outside Seam. Easy Peasy!

Cut two matching pieces of fabric 5.5" x 6.6" Hoop  iron on interfacing. Place one piece of fabric on top of the interfacing . Gently press if you can fit your iron in the hoop. The reason we are using interfacing is that there will be no chance to remove stabilizer.

Sew all  the decoration design details.

For the applique hearts, sew the first outline. (I have accentuated the outline for visual purposes.

Layer the the applique fabric on top.

Sew the applique edge if needed, or the last of the embroidery design on the front of the Heart.

flip the hoop to the back.

Tape the other piece of matching fabric to the back of the hoop.

Sew the final outline, and pop from the hoop.

Trim with scallop pinking sheers, if you have them.

Now fill with your choice of stuffing, slip stich the top, to close.

Sew the ribbon, or string for a rustic look.

Now  go mad and decorate. I usedpearls, and little red beads and a hanging ribbon. for the beads, its easier to sew when the heart is filled!I use fishing line as it is transparent and strong!
